As part of our tireless commitment to your SOC 2 security management, Aegisys is releasing in conjunction with our partner, Sonicwall, our latest compliant Remote Access Portal.

The timeline for Go Live is unfortunately short (Oct 31st) to move from NetExtender to Connect Tunnel. The great news is; for the majority of Aegisys Managed Support Clients; you will soon see a new Icon on your desktops from Sonicwall called "Sonicwall Connect Tunnel" appear automatically over the coming few days assuming your workstation or laptop is ONLINE.

This Sonicwall Connect icon is preconfigured and will prompt you for your username and password in exactly the same way as before BUT will prompt you to setup a NEW MFA (Multi Factor Authentication). Once you add the MFA to your favorite app (Google Authenticator, Duo, etc), you will be able to access your networks in essentially the same way with even more robust securities. This process can be performed by end clients without Aegisys Support interventions but we remain at your service with any assistance required.

For those who do not use Aegisys Managed Support Services, manual installation of new Connect Tunnel client will be required. If do not see the Sonicwall Connect Tunnel Icon or are in doubt, please reach out to Aegisys support for further guidance (support@aegisys.com).
