COAX Internet services remain not operational at some locations. Carriers are responding. For those of our clients offline at this time, we appreciate your patience as your ISP carriers move towards recovering their services. Based on carrier, recovery today to Friday is being stated. As to cause, it has been reported that widespread damage may possibly be caused by forest fires as km's of cable and wiring need replacement. This has yet to be confirmed. Hang in there folks!!
Some people are experiencing problems with **_Cable ISP services right now. We are reading Sunwire and Vianet are impacted although Eastlink and others are likely. We are being told 1 to 24 hour recovery for Cable ISP providers to recover and perhaps longer.
Aegisys Fiber services is not impacted and Aegisys remains unaffected at this hour. We wanted to share this with our subscribers should they be wondering why they are impacted. We will update as we see affected clients coming online. Please note Aegisys will continue to monitor these circumstances outside our networks affecting our clients.
