As part of our SOC 2 Type II compliance program and commitment to maintaining secure, reliable infrastructure, the Aegisys Network Operations team will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Secure Connect Portal during the timeframe noted in this notice.

Brief connection interruptions may occur during the maintenance window. All work is being performed in accordance with our documented change management and security control procedures.

What to expect after maintenance: Following the update, you may be prompted to install a new version of the AegisysSecure Connect Tunnel client on your first connection attempt. Simply accept the update and reconnect as usual — the process takes only a moment.
