Good Morning

We have received a handful of calls around Remote access clients not being able to connect. For some, our investigation has shown that a VPN client update resolves the issues for the Aegisys SSLVPN. The process takes 5-10 minutes to correct but require user access first time to test access as part of process.

If you are affected and require access over the holidays or on demand anytime, please write an email to support@aegisys.com which is Preferred to minimize any wait times with your name, company and the detail on how we may return your ticket call for prompt remediation.

Aegisys "After Hours" is also available at 705 222 3652 option 9 if needed.

Aegisys returns to normal support working hours tomorrow.
