Aegisys Teams have received and successfully applied a priority hotfix patch to address a vendor bug from our recent scheduled August 24th Security maintenance contributing to unfortunate random disconnects Monday, August 25th from Aegisys Remote Access Portals.
We are monitoring these fixes closely with our vendor pro-actively this day in efforts to preventing any future repeat occurrences where possible.
