Throughout this day, we have had reported issues from some clients in connectivity via the Aegisys SSLVPN portal to client protected networks. In working with our vendors and teams, we have been working diligently to identify the cause to these issues in relation to recent updates completed last evening.

We understand that this is during the business day but in the interests of returning SSLVPN performance and stability ASAP for our clients, we are seeking to roll back the firmware installed last evening to a time prior of that maintenance to allow time for vendors to reaccess the latest release of firmware while restoring our client connectivity to normal.

To accomplish this would require a brief disruption to existing connections for our clients. We are suggesting to perform this at 2:30 PM EDT today. We expect this maintenance to take approx. 10 minutes and once completed, you will receive notice in this portal to reconnect.

We apologize for this disruption to your connectivity and will continue to work with vendors to minimize these disruptions in the future where possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding in advance.
