An Security Update from 02/19/24 - Information From Aegisys
Good Afternoon
We've been working closely from February 19, 2024 with our RMM Partner Connectwise re a Critical CVE vulnerability as part of one of the toolsets Aegisys uses to provide remote support to our clients via Connectwise Connect.
We wanted to provide everyone this notification that our Partner Connectwise has provided all security updates to the Aegisys Cloud Connect Servers automatically to mitigate the security announcement February 19th, 2024 as soon as, or prior to being announced.
There has been no impact to any networks Aegisys manages and thank Connectwise for their prompt response and vigilance.
We know all security press releases are daunting. Please know we continue to track all security incident releases proactively working with our Partner networks and our 24/7 Security Operation Center and will make every required response to them where possible.
